Job Description
Principal Accountabilities:
- Safety at Zone including followings all safe work practices.
- Quality of products i.e. no of DPU
- Plan vs Actual – Productivity
- 3s Activity at zone’s
- Equipment’s handling and machine upkeep
- Check & coordinate with your GL’s for availability of RM/ BOP’s/Sub Assy/Child parts
- Monitor startup & Close up time.
Knowledge & Skills needed to deliver on the accountabilities:
- 5S and Basic shop floor safety Management.
- Ability to manage a wide variety of activities at the same time
- Ability to plan, analyze and challenge
- Able to work cross functionally and collaboratively with many stakeholder
Formal Education Requirements, as applicable: Diploma – Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering
Years of relevant Experience needed: Minimum of 1+ years relevant experience in manufacturing
industry.
