Roles and Responsibilities:

• 10+ years of experience in leading activities defining and managing IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
• Analyse business requirements by collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization and develop solutions for IT needs.
• Identify areas of concern and research, recommend, and strategize IT solutions.
• Responsible for daily system administration including managing internal network, VPN, system backup, security scans and remediation.
• Determining time frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate policies and procedures across network, compute, database, and security.
• Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
• Monitor IT resources utilization, performance, and cost.
• Implement procedures for IT resources optimization, reliability, and availability.
• Perform regular operation system reports and report them to senior staff.
• Conduct regular system audits and checks across the network, server, database, and security.
• Hands-on Enterprise-graduating enterprise-grade IT estate including networking, computing, data protection, data backup/restore and security.
• Experience with supporting ERP applications (SAP, Oracle Netsuke, etc) and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, etc) is highly preferred.
• Experience with vendor management to implement and manage IT projects is mandatory.

• Strong administrative skills and an aptitude for using IT software.
• Experience in SAP Basis administration and SAP S4/HANA systems.
• Proficiency in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Certifications in SAP Basis or SAP S4/HANA administration are a plus.

Candidate Profile

• IT with 15+ years of experience in automotive industry preferable
• BE in Information Science/computers science.
