Job Description

Purpose of this role is to do on-boarding, training & development, Employee Engagement, managing
and improving performance Management system.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Prepare KRA, Appraisal, retention, training & development of the team.
  • Establish HR policies and procedures and implementation.
  • Manage human resources operations by orienting, training, counseling.
  • Employee informal meeting and retention.
  • Supporting performance management system and ensure reviews happens on time as per the schedule with support of department HOD’s.
  • Conducting HR induction and exit interviews and preparation of MIS of both.
  • Organizing & conducting employee engagement activity as per schedule.

Knowledge & Skills needed to deliver on the accountabilities:

  • Communication skills
  • Employee assessments/reviews
  • Coordination & implementation of trainings
  • Leadership abilities

Formal Education Requirements, as applicable:

  • MBA/MSW with HR Specialization.

Years of relevant Experience needed:

  • Minimum of 6+ years relevant experience in HR field.
