Job Description
Principal Accountabilities:
Receiving Enquiries & Providing Techno Commercial Offer:
- Receiving the enquiries from the Customers, Dealers & OEM’s
- Provide the techno commercial offer to customer as per his requirements & his applications post discussion and approval from HOD.
Providing Technical Support for the customer:
- Understand the customer requirements & Applications based on his requirements and provide technical support on the products which will suit his applications.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services under the guidance of HOD.
Achieve Sales Targets:
- Actively seeking out current sales opportunities through cold calling, direct visits, and social media.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Investigate leads and research those as much extensively before contacting.
Market Research & Product Development:
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Meeting the Potential Clients & acts as their consultant.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
New Customer Development & Customer Relationship:
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching, and recommending new opportunities.
- Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.

Formal Education Requirements, as applicable: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Years of relevant Experience needed: 6 yrs. of Experience in Manufacturing Industry.
